The hotel offers decent rooms for the price, with convenient amenities like a baggage stand and a bag for dirty laundry. The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic as it was very convenient to major chain stores and numerous restaurants. However, I encountered several issues with the room, including a broken and clogged bathroom sink, a malfunctioning toilet tank, and a falling towel rack that startled me. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being super friendly while others seemed preoccupied with internal matters. The dining experience was above expectations with a good variety, but I did notice some staff complaints about pay and management. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel had some positives like the beautiful rooms with a half couch, but there were also drawbacks such as the need for bathroom finishing and poor continental breakfast.
